I had microclots that gave me visual issues and was on aspiriin. It worked. When I stopped due to ulcer I developed clot in my coronary arteries and had a heart attack. There was evidence ( per the cardiologist ) the clot in the coronay artery was probably starting while i was on aspirin. What anti clot med or meds might be best
