What Are Blurry Vision, Chest Discomfort, Nausea And Pain In The Arm Suggestive Of?

Hi, I ve had mildly high blood pressure for several years and recently started low dose meds because it has increased. As I was driving today, my left eye suddenly became blurred. It looks as if there are heat waves ahead of me even though it s like 40 degrees and only with my left eye. There was almost like the opposite of tunnel vision. The middle was dark and the periphery was clearer. I have a pressure headache, mild chest discomfort, nausea, left arm is achy and my right forearm is achy. I have tingling in my right fingers. I m not panicked but also don t want to dismiss this as nothing. I m on meds for chronic back pain, gout, cholesterol and cymbalta for anger issues. any suggestions or input is appreciated.

Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-:
1)Take rest check your vital sign (BP,PULSE,RR rate,TEMP)
2)Do a ECG ,ECHO and angiogram to ruled out blockages
3)Do check your Sugar & TSH
4)Take ACIDOPENT-DSR capsules once a day.
