General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The red, brown spotting and cramps do not indicate pregnancy, but rather it suggests possible vaginal infection with some sort of bacteria or fungi in majority of the cases. Kindly get a swab culture report of the vaginal discharge for best treatment guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
