What are causes of pain and electric shock in face leading down to jaw. Pain is excruciating. Doctors at first thought it may be caused by transgeminal neuralgic and today indicates it may be caused by puffiness in Eustachian tube which drains the sinus that runs from side of nose around the ear and into the throat. The pain and electric shock in the face leading down to jaw has many causative factors including neuralgia and of course ear or sinus infection.

So, better check your ears and sinuses with ENT specialists and treat related problems adequately.
