What Are Chances Of Getting STDs By Oral Sex?

My story is back on May 20th I did oral on a guy and that was all and he did NOT ejaculate in my mouth. So to mention i came back overseas as a contactor then a month later approx around June 19th that s when strange stuff started happening 1st my Sublingual glands under my tounge were swollen for about a month and I had severe dry mouth for a week and Diarhea for about a week. I think my severe anxiety about my sublingual glands swelling both caused me to freak out a little and cause the dry mouth and possibly the diahrea .Then pretty much all of that went away. Then around August 1st I had Tonsillitis for a few days and the doc put me on a Z pack Antibiotics and it went away fast in like 3 days. So all I have now are tiny little bumps on my sublingual glands under my tounge and I m going to go straight to the doctor as soon as I get home next week in the States. Also the dude I was with said he was clean and only used condoms with his girlfriend so since I couldn t get blood tested for anything I had him go to get at least 3 HIV test over the course of 3 months and of course they were all negative and he emailed me the picture of his results and also he was on the phone with me while he was getting tested each time. He was tested for HIV 1 & 2 with the finger prick blood test at the clinic. So I m quite comfortable knowing that because he was the only one I was with and only did oral on him twice in two years. So basically what I would like to know is your opinion Doc on what it possibly could be like Oral Herpes, or Oral syphillis, oral Gohnorrhea, HPV, or anything, also when that stuff was happening to me I never had any other gland to swell nor did I recall having a fever nor cold symptoms, nor any rashes so I m assuming HIV is ruled out and other online Docs said it doesn t sound like any symptoms of HIV. Sorry for making this long but I wanted to be thorough. Thank you Doc. My email is jc1wilson @ WWW.WWWW.WW

Before you remain in euphoria of not having any infection, I would like to share some information with you:
1. Ejaculation is release of semen. It does not necessarily release the infections and has not necessarily has control over transferring the sexually transmitted infections.
2. Many sexually transmitted infections are on the skin of the penis and/or surrounding skin and they get transferred even without ejaculation or even without penetration. Even some are present in the urethra which discharge without ejaculation and transmit the infection.
3. HIV is not the only sexually transmitted infection. In fact there are more than 20 types of sexually transmitted infections - viral, bacterial, fungal, etc. Absence of HIV does not mean that no other sexually transmitted infection is present. Each infection has to be diagnosed separately - clinically and with their specific tests.
Your history clearly suggests that you do have contacted some sexually transmitted infection through the oral sex you had with the partner.
The two nodular swellings you have developed in the sublingual glands is a sufficient sign for this.
Please do not rely on the narration of the partner about use of condom and his cleanliness. You have been infected. So the first thing you do is to report to your venereal physician, get properly diagnosed and get completely treated.
And one more earnest advice - Please do not have any type of sex with anyone before you are certified by the physician that you are COMPLETELY cured of the existing infection, otherwise there is a great risk of you spreading this infection to the other partner(s).
