What Are Chances Of Recovery From Coma Without Brain Damage?

My cousin had open heart sugery on Monday, he was put in an induced coma 3 days due to water gain of 50 lbs they could not stich him up. He is getting sugery today what are his chances of recovering fully without brain damage or organ damage and memory loss.
