What Are Delayed Periods And Negative Result In HPT Suggestive Of?

Hi,
My fiance and me make love on 20th of Nov. And now the days of her is delaying by 8days. She checked using pregnasure kit multiple time and all comes to negative. But still her periods is delayed. So we are concerned as we are not expecting baby right now.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Usually if conception occurrs than urinary hcg kit can be positive in 7 to 10 days

After 10 days if hcg testing by urine kit negative than pregnancy unlikely

If period doesn't come than stress, prolonged fasting, obesity, excess exercise etc like causes ruled out

Also rule out diabetes and thyroid issue by RBS and serum TSH estimation

If still no cause found than Hormonal estimation and USG needed for further work up
