What Are Delayed Periods And Negative Result In Pregnancy Test Suggestive Of?

Hi..i had my periods june 22. My cycle is usually never late than 5 days but it varies. Had sex everyday from july 1st til yesterday. Had watery discharge from 2 days. Had cramps and head ache week ago. Took test and it was negative. can i be pregnant?

Understand your concern
Most common reason for delayed period in sexual active women is pregnancy.
Pregnancy will give positive result 8-10 days after missed period.
As you did 5 day after delay period, it will give negative result.
I advice you to wait for period. If period will delay by 8-10 days then again go for pregnancy to confirm the pregnancy.
You can also go for blood HCG as it is accurate than pregnancy test.
Other cause of delayed period in absence of pregnancy:
Hormonal imbalance, ovarian cyst. stress, change in life style and eating habit. So wait for few days and if period will not come then report to gynecologist for proper investigations.
