What Are Delayed Periods, Spotting And Lower Back Pain Suggestive Of?

Hi. I had unprotected sex on the 28th of September. My last period day was on the 27th. A week later. I spotted. During that week, I had a lower back problem, and cravings and a lot of spots. I am now 6 days late for my period. My HomeKit test came out negative. What is going on?

Hello,

As the first line of management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
