What Are Dizziness, Chest Pain And Profuse Sweating Post Smoking Suggestive Of?

My wife has weight gain. Chest pains,especially after smoking. Also dizziness,sweating after smoking. Alternating periods of hot flash like symptoms and chills. Recent lower blood pressure readings. 102/70. She is 33. Also,shortness of breath,numb hands and feet. Pain in her back. Trouble urinating. Weakness,fatigue. Problems with spelling,memory. Has been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Has family history of diabetes and heart disease.
