What Are Dizziness, Disorientation And Impaired Thoughts Suggestive Of?

My husband went to the gym this morning - he had to stop a few times while driving on the way home as he felt dizziness and a little disoriented. He then stopped at the supermarket for a few things and felt a little out of it - couldn t concentrate on what he was there for. He can touch his nose with both hands easily and is now lying on the couch and starting to feel better.

Psychologist 's  Response
Hello,

What is your husbands age and provide insight into his present medical treatments if any. Dizziness and disorientation after workout may not be a cause of concern if the weather is hot and dehydrating conditions. Still proper diagnosis is required. Therefore I suggest consulting a physician for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
