What Are Dizziness, Fatigue And Pain In Upper Breast Suggestive Of?
I am 55 year Male, 180 lb, . 3 years back I had an mild Heart attack, so got one stain . I am on few medications such as crestor, metaprolol ( 12.5 mg), Irbasartan (150 mg) , Aspirine (81 mg) along with suppliments such as COQ10, Vitamin D, Previously I was on protonics but stoped one month back. Now sometime I feel dizzy, tired, and stuffy nose. some pain in upper right breast or close to sholder I think I also feel light fever (not checked) and pressue on my middle part of stumoch. Feel tired and sleepy even though I had good night sleep. What are these symptom means

Please undergo a cardiac evaluation as blood pressure monitoring, ECG, echocardiography stress echocardiography, etc. You will fund the cause. If no problem found, take the drug as pentprazole for few days.
