What Are Dizziness, Impaired Balance And Pressure In Head Suggestive Of?

Yesterday everytime i laid down my vision would start spinning really fast, i would wobble when i walk i felt dehydrated but i was drinking alot of water and i felt so drained and weak. I have alot of pressure in my head and heavy headaches. Today the spinning stopped due to these motion sickness pills, i have been also been taking tension pills for my head. But i cant seem to stay awake and the headaches wont leave. i feel weak when i dont eat, weak when i do. DO you possibly know whats going on?

Hi,

You should be referred to a neurologist and have an MRI of your brain. If it isn't a neurological issue it could be ear stones.
