What Are Dizziness, Nausea, Lightheadedness And Anxiety Suggestive Of?

I came home from work and started to feel strange, a little dizzy, some nausea, light headed and anxious, also feel tired and a mild headache, also feeling weak, and though it s 73 degrees inside I my hands feel cold. My BP monitor says my heartbeat is 64 and BP is 135 over 94 which is not normal for me. I m a 60 yr old male, 5 -8 and 198 lbs

Thank you for consulting us. These symptoms are not specific and may mean a lot of things. This may mean lack of blood, heart problem or infection in the body. Your blood pressure should not worry you much. It's close to normal at your age. You need to do some tests just to be sure Chest x Ray, full haemogram, Urinalysis, visiting your GP will be of help.
