Brief answer:
1. Restart thyronorm
2. No problem with feeding
3. No precautions

Detailed answer:

Hi Malini,

You are having hypothroidism. Your TSH is grossly elevated. Thyroxine replacement is the treatment for that and you need to restart the medications immediately. It is safe, cheap and effective. It is a synthetic derivative of thyroid hormone. Once you stop it your thyroid function will return to hypothyroid state - so you have to continue the medication till your doctor say to stop.

It is a drug safe in pregnancy and lactation. If you are hypo thyroid, your child is also at risk of hypothyroidism. If a newborn screening is done no need to repeat the test. If not, do a thyroid function test of your baby. Good luck

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
