What Are Effects Of Not Taking Meprate When Periods Are Delayed?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i am 40 yrs not pregnant confirmed by an ultra sound have missed my periods due on 18th april .am also a hypothyroid patient under control. dr advised me to take meprate tab .what if i dont take ? what is the down side cause i have still not got my periods but have minor cramps once in a while.
