What Are Effects Of Taking Deviry During Pregnancy?

i got pregnant i have taken medicine to get period deviry & amnn but still not got period i checked yesterday dr said 2 months pregnancy started i want to adopt the child is there any risk? do i will get child after 2 yrs or there will be problem. is this side is safe or not
