What Are Effects Of Taking Metrogyl Tablets In Early Stages Of Pregnancy?

doctor my name is sirisha.right now i was pregnant about 1month.for loose motions i took metrozyl tablets with out doctor's priscription,today i went to hospital and i checkuped.the doctor told me ur pregnant ,so for the using of metrogyl tablets ur baby will be abnormal like that she told.she suggested me to remove ur pregnancy.is it neccessary to remove doctor?please help me out from this problem.
