What Are Elevated BP Levels, Panic Attacks And Fatigue Suggestive Of?

Bp reading the past 5 hours has been higher than my normal 120/80.. The first reading was 150/100 and second was 148/95. I m 26 years old with no BP issues. I have been really tired today, sorry tempered, and feel like I m having a panic attack, only worse. My co pay at ER is $300 so I don t want to go unless I should.

It is probably a reaction to stress.I will ask you to calm down, rest well and sleep if possible.Control your BP again after the rest or in the morning.If still high, visit a Doctor.
