What Are Fatigue, Hair Loss And Brittle Nails Caused By?

Hi, I originally had an ovarian cysts but I do not believe it is better.I now have fatigue,hair loss,my nails are breaking easily, my menstrual cycles are irregular and heavier and more painful, irritability,weakness,muscle ache, and i just feel down in general.Can you help me find what is wrong with m?

Hi
You are most likely anemic due to heavy menstrual bleeding. All your symptoms point towards anemia. Take healthy diet & take Cap. FefolVit once daily. For confirmation, go for blood complete picture & follow-up with report.
Show to gynaecologist for management of irregular & heavy menstruation.
