General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a perianal abscess or cyst.

Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.

If it is infected, surgical drainage is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
