What Are Freezing Hands, Vomiting Sensation And Abdominal Pain Suggestive Of?

Tuesday my head was hot but my hands were freezing and I felt like vomiting. Yesterday I had sharp pains in my stomach but I checked my temperature and it was 97.8 so no fever today my head was freezing and my hands were hot. I ve had a headache all day. I can t tell. Is it the flu or a cold?
