What Are Impaired Balance, Swelling Behind The Ear And Voice Change Suggestive Of?

I am 48 year old women, had balance problem m( menarese disease for left ear doing exercise for it,l had viral fever 5 months before,@that time i had swollen behind left ear, now also its there, became thin these months and also voice channges sometimes

Hello,

This is suggestive of malignant mass. Soo better not to consult ENT doctor and get done a clinical examination and hormone CT scan of the head to rule out malignancy.
