What Are Irregular Bowel Movements, Nausea And Abdominal Pain Suggestive Of?

Good afternoon, Here s my question. Since approximately one month I ve been having irregular bowel movements, nausea, headaches and abdominal pain. The nausea seems at its worse in the morning on an empty stomach. Currently I ve been having constipation problems for about five days. I have had antibiotics but without any effect. Would you have any idea what these symptoms relate to? Many thanks, Marion

Hi, here according to history you might have ulcer in GI tract or irritable bowel disorder.Is there blood in stool??or stool brown colored you have not mentioned?? Better to go first ultrasound of abdomen and stool routine examine.You can take impirical treatment of omeprazole for few days,if condition improve then ulcer might be cause.
