What Are Irregular Periods Suggestive Of?

I had my last proper periods in September 1st week....in October I missed my periods and now in November 2 days back period started and stopped within 2-3 hours. I am not sexually active. I am little worried. Please help me with what probably the reasons could be? In September I had pain killers and antibiotics as I underwent wisdom tooth surgery. Last week bleeding happened ed for an hour only....and today also very light bleeding for some time only. What is this? Please help

As per your history is concerned your symptoms is due to a number of pathological causes so first ruled out pelvic causes please do an ultrasound exam and TSH test & Full blood count (Thanks)
