Hi Doctor, Thank you for your time me and wife had sex without condom after three years of our marriage now she s experiencing itching and feeling to pee again and again bt not able to. She is having a pain in her lower back we are worries could you please help us with the cause of this

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Symptoms described by you could be due to vaginal infection, UTI/cystitis, pelvic inflammatory disorder
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo urine routine and microscopic test, vaginal swab test and USG scan if needed
Specific treatment depend on cause.
Doctor will provide following treatment for
UTI: tablet septran, tablet pyridium and syrup cital
Vaginal infection: vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus, apply vagisil cream, wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar, wear pure cotton loose inner and maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V vaginal plus wash
Pelvic inflammatory disease: tablet ibuprofen and antibiotic will help you

Drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and eat healthy diet
