What Are Lower Abdominal Cramping, Constipation And Fever Suggestive Of?

I went to the doctor for lower abdominal cramping. They took an xray and blood tests. I did have stools in my system, and labeled it constipation for now. I was told if I have a fever of 100.4 I should come in. It is at 100.0 right now. What does this mean? And do I wait until Monday, or do I go into urgent care?

control fever by taking paracetamol more water and tak food rich in fiber. can-take isof gul husk dissolved in water at bedtime.
