What Are My Chances Of Conceiving A Baby At This Time?

Hi dr.am an african age 35 yrs, i had an HSG XRAY Today, results am clinically infertile, also the uterine is enlarged and shows fillling defects consistent with fibroids, right tube shows moderate loculated forced spill with a moderate hydrosalpinx due to partial fimbrial adhesions , Left tube shows a larger hydrosalpinx with minimal loculated forced spill. Conclusion shows: Bulky uterus with features of fibroids, Moderate right hydrosalpinx with moderate loculated forced spill. Left hydrosalpinx with minimal loculated forced spill. please advice is there a need for surgery am so desperate will i ever conceive.

If both your tubes showing hydrosalpinx it shows that they are unhealthy. They will create a negative environment inside the uterus. So probably you go for Laparoscopy, get your tubes clipped and then test tube baby.
