i m 26 years old.i got married 4 years ago.i m studying b.tech.already i got pregnant 2 times earlier..n terminated both pregnancies by takng abortion pills..both terminations ws very normal without ny ill effects.again i got pregnant.my period ws suppose to happen in 1oth nov..bt didnt..i checked thro pregcard n is positve..i wnt to terminate ths again..cn i b able to conceive again in future as my husband wnts child aftr 2 yrs 4m nw.plz guide..m very depressed..

I understand your query.
Any abortion does have a risk of difficult/no conception . This is because of
carelessness in abortion/postabortal abortal phase.
-Infection after abortion affecting uterus, tubes, vagina -can lead to obstruction in conception.
* So, if you realy don't want to continue you can go for abortion provided your gynac allows it after checking your health( because you already had it twice before.),BUT-
-Let it be under a gynecologist's supervision. Follow all the instructions by your doctor strictly / be strict about genital hygiene/ take complete course of medicines./ have a follow up after 1 week, 1 month of abortion.
- Three abortions may lead to weakness ,specially anemia. Be careful to combat it with medicines/ diet/ healthy diet,life style.
- Do adopt some contraceptive method that suits you. AVOID 4th abortion please.
All above care taken, would skip you of the complications of abortion-- & you can conceive by your choice.
