What Are My Chances Of Getting STD At This Time?

I gave my bf head for the first time about a day ago. immediately after i noticed my tongue was a little sore and today i have two places that are a little sore. There are no physical appearence to the sores, none of my friends notice anything unusual, i have read a couple articles saying that stds usually effect the throat not the tongue but others say diffrent. One of my friends think i am over reacting and that i prolly just ended up rubbing my tongue againt my teeth during the "deed".

Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Unprotected Oral sex is a risk factor for common STD's like gonorrhea, chlamydia and herpes.
You are right that gonorrhea and chlamydia affect throat rather than mouth; symptoms are the same as sore throat i.e throat pain and difficulty swallowing.
Herpes nevertheless can cause painful sores on tongue as well as on lips, gums, roof of your mouth, and inside cheeks.
The incubation period is short and it may be preceded by a sore feeling.
You may observe for another 24 hours and see whether any sores appear in and around that area.
If you notice any sores you must visit a specialist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate treatment.

Regards
