Hi I am a healthy young guy who had fun with a girl- the majority of the time was basic her wanking me. When I wanted to cum, she let me cum in her mouth. Her tongue touched my penis head for less than 5 seconds and I d like to know what risk this may have caused? She only put out her tongue and didn t suck... Can you help please?? Thank you! Alex
Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic
This seems a relatively safe kind of a sexual exposure. There was a very brief peno-oral direct contact between the two of you. Oral route anyways carries a negligible risk of transmitting HIV to the partner receiving sex (passive partner) unless the person performing oral sex (active partner )has obvious sores in the oral mucosa, which increases the risk somewhat. Moreover saliva is supposed to have anti HIV properties. Therefore in my view you have nothing to worry about HIV getting into your system from this particular exposure, but I would still suggest you to get tested for HIV just to clear the thought out of your mind. Screening for HIV can be earliest at 1 month and that has to be repeated again after 3 months to cover for the window period of Infection. Most likely it would come back as negative.
