I am 65 years old Indian male. I weigh 154 lbs. My father and mother were both diabetic. I am healthy and I walk daily 2 miles in the morning and I exercise for 45 minutes daily (Yoga). My sugar level which I check periodically is - (a) Fasting 100-110 and (b) P.P. 120 to 128. I have sinus complaint and I take precautions to keep it under check and I also take medicines as recommended by my personal physician. Is there any possibility that I could be affected by Diabetes at a later stage in my life?
