hi, my age 23, wt 50 kg got married in nov 2013. diagnosed with thyroid and pcos. i have consulted one gynaecologist she gave me siphene to take very next day of heavy mensis for 5days and ovacare forte for 10days. so my question to you is vl i get pregnant in dis cycle or i have to undergo more cycles.. waitng for answer ... thankyou

No, this is just the initiation of treatment and conception this early is unlikely but not impossible yet. Please discuss the duration of the course with your doctor, but in all likeliness the process of trying to conceive should usually be initiated after your menstrual cycle has regularised and your thyroid and hormone levels are normal.
