i hv tvs on 11th day.rt ovary leading follicles measuring 1.48cmx1.1cm CET prominent measuring8mm. i hv used cerophene50mg from 2nd day of periods for five days.how much chances of pregnancy r there.doc. advised me to hv injection ivfc ferteric 5000 unit on 13th day.plz reply.

Hello

Your report suggests dominant follicle in right ovary.It is developing well and at the time of ovulation average size of follicle is around 2.0 cm.
Ovulation is indicated by presence of mild fluid in POD and mildly elevated body temperature.
You are rightly suggested for ovulation induction.
You should plan multiple unprotected sex during 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of pregnancy.
Females should lie flat in bed for at least 15 after intercourse with folded hips,it helps in ascend of sperms.
