What Are My Joints Paining?

i was diagnosed with impetigo with that i had sore throat. I dont have strep, and my blood work was normal. I took my antibiotics for my impetigo. A few days later my shoulder started hurting, now all my joints and muscles hurt. My throat seems to be getting worse and even my fingers knees ankles shoulder and neck hurts. whats going on?
