General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The peripheral edema with breathlessness & valvular regurgitation suggests some organic problem with heart stress test, it deals with vascular insufficiency & possible cardiac ischemia. To exact cause & gravity of symptoms you are to meet a cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
