General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms need to be evaluated for neurological examination both motor and sensory and if any abnormality is detected may need to be further worked up on brain imaging like CT or MRI.

Rarely NCS may be needed but before that metabolic causes of numbness should be ruled out with sugar levels, thyroid profile as well as serum electrolytes. Using supplements for B12 folic acid and D3 may be helpful.

For bruising platelets function tests as well as clotting profile may be needed. These symptoms should not be ignored as such. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
