My boyfriend might be cheating. He claims he s masterbating. With Vaseline. And has two open sores to the left side of shaft of penis right under head of penis. we have been off and on for four years. I want to know if he s cheating or not and want to know if those sores are. Stds

It may be due to genital herpes.

For that you may require complete hemogram, discharge culture after physician consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

You may require tablet acyclovir after consultation.
