What Are Pain In Left Breast With Redness On The Bottom Of Breast Suggestive Of?

I m having really bad boob pain on my left breast. It s been on and off for about two weeks now. I am on my period and I noticed a little bit of red on the bottom of my boob. When I press down on my breast of the red part it begins to hurt a bit. Is this normal?

I really appreciate your concern, it must swelling lesion there and it need to be ruled out for infection and formation of abscess better to see the doctor because clinical examination can only rule out this till then Tab Ibuprofen 400 gm three times in day can be used hope this information helps.
