Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of painful bumps on the back of tongue and vaginal thrush which seems to be due to fungal infection and it could be superadded bacterial infection as well.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult oral physician once and get evaluated. You should go for biopsy of lesion as well. For thrush you should take oral antifungal medicines like Fluconazole and Itraconazole and take nystatin mouthwash. You should take probiotics like yoghurt and garlic will help in clearing the thrush. Apply anti-fungal cream and antibiotic cream as well for few days. You should avoid intake of sharp and spicy food. You should take mouth sucking ice pops and start drinking cold water.
