What Are Painful, Burning Sores On Buttocks And Vagina Indicative Of?

These sores on my buttock area popped up a few days ago. The look like crater type of sores. The are painful to touch. They also burn when I pass urine and it touches them. I ve never had anything like this before. Not sure what it is. Also one on outside of lower vagina. Please help!!!! Pics included.

But for now I do believe your symptoms could be related to either a sexually transmitted infection (E.g. herpes), or a fungal infection; but it is not possible to differentiate between them without a visual examination, so write to me using my name in the query availing our premium service.
