I think I have a hernia. However, that is not the issue. Ever since noticing the bulge in my abdomen it feels like there are fibers running the length of my shaft when erect on both side ms of my penis. I ve read several articles but can t seem to find anything on this. Most talk about a large mass of fibers on the dorsal side and are uncomfortable but largely painless. So, the main differences, this is painful and it s on either side of my erect (only) penis. It is unnoticeable and does not hurt when flaccid. It is only when erect and the fibers are on either side of my penis. It s a sharp pain that almost feels as if something is tearing. This began about two weeks. Any suggestions as to what this may be?
