i have lumps all over my head under the skin. some are painful to touch . the last month my hair has been falling out . my vision has been going out. my ears go out for like 30s. i have a constant headache. my nose bleeds sometimes. what could this be?

You must get check for the fluid inside the lumps.
These may be small tumors. Bleeding from nose is a serious symptom. Get check for further investigations as CT scan of your head too.
