General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, painful pus filled bumps over clitoris can be from herpes, chlamydia , gonorrhea or other staph infection most likely. Needs definite therapy with antibiotics covering gram positive and negative bacteria as ceftriaxone, anti fungal fluconazole and supportive measures. Further therapy can be curtailed depending upon the culture sensitivity report of the pus drainage site. Avoidance of sex (if active) is best needed for fastest recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
