General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are several causes of loose stool with weight loss. For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis, Colonoscopy after gastroenterologist consultation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

For loose stool you can take tablet loperamide. Keep your self hydrated. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
