What Are Recurring Bumps On The Top Of Buttocks Suggestive Of?

I have a boil are bunp at the top part of my butt where the cress is it became soft an had scab on it an then the scab fell off now it looks like hole in i think another bump is around it should i be worried because it now open being that scab fell off

Most open lesions would close on their own once the infection resolves.

If it was a collection of pus, an abscess, then you may need to have the area assessed by your doctor.
An abscess normally requires incision and drainage to remove any residues of remaining pus.

Antibiotics may also be needed as well.
