What Are Recurring Episodes Of Lightheadedness Suggestive Of?

I had an episode of light headedness on Friday afternoon. At work felt I could pass out. an ambulance was called. Did MRI of head, normal, EKG normal, Doppler of carotid s, normal, all blood work and urine samples were normal. Really good work up Have had a couple of episodes since but slighter. Today was driving to work and just continue to have this light headedness not really nauseous not too bad anyway. Did not feel I would be comfortable at work so am working from home. Does Vertigo or an inner ear situation sound unreasonable?

definitely vertigo light-headedness and nausea are few of the commonest and cardinal manifestations of disease of inner ear component associated with balance...could be symptom of meniere's diseaseso it demands an otorhinolaryngologist opinion
also get a routine blood exam for hemoglobin and complete blood count because sometimes light headedness could simply be a presentation of anemia
