General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* Quick head movements with light headache and tingling through out
the body may be part of underlying disturbances in the momentum
of inner ear, cochlear apparatus or else.

* In my clinic, I do recommend a consultation with expert ENT
specialist who will perform Weber and Rinne test of both ears and
come to certain conclusion for MRI need if at all.

Wish you best recovery.
Regards.
