What Are Recurring Swelling On Face And Body Suggestive Of?

I have swelling in my face, that starts on one side and slowly move to the other side. This happens just out of the blue. I also have this happen to other parts of my body, feet, wrist, arm shoulder, and my butt. Nothing seems to reduce the swelling but time.
