Hello
I share your concern.
Looking at your description, it might be related to inflammation of the perianal region,
Fissure in Ano, Hemorroids or
gluteal Abscess.
In. my opinion you should visit a
general surgeon for physical examination and per
rectal examination to find out the underlying cause for this problem.
Meanwhile I would advise you to follow these guidelines.
1. Avoid constipation by taking lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with dietary fiber supplement in your diet which will increase roughage and facilitate bowel movement.
2. in case of constipation you can take Laxatives like
liquid paraffin or lactulose to avoid straining during bowel movement.
3. Sitz bath twice daily at least for 10 minutes.
4.;Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated beverages.
5. Keep it a clean and don't touch it repeatedly.
Hope this answers your question please feel free to ask for follow up question I will gladly answer you.
Best wishes
